Join us for a fun and unique experience in Lagos, Portugal! This playful blend of Yoga, Balancing games and Slacklining will awaken your core, boost balance, and enhance proprioception. Beginners are welcome! Yoga mats and equipment provided.
Step into a truly unique, one-of-a-kind Lagos experience in the heart of the historic Old Town. This playful blend of yoga, balance games, and slacklining awakens your core, sharpens your focus, and deepens your physical and mental balance. We begin with grounding breathwork, followed by flowing yoga stretches and movements. Then, stepping off the yoga mat, you’ll join fellow participants in playful balancing games that prepare your body and mind for the thrill of walking the slackline.
You’ll learn how to apply fundamental yoga principles to slacklining, making the experience both meaningful and enjoyable. Throughout the session, you’ll naturally build skills and confidence in a supportive, uplifting atmosphere where like-minded explorers connect and grow together. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, you’ll leave energised, centred, and part of a vibrant community. No prior experience of yoga or slacklining needed – just bring your curiosity and playful attitude!
Class times follow seasonal light, weather and energy. Please refer to the season that applies to your visit.

This is the primary location of the class when there are no public events at the main town square.
LOCATION 2: Parque Bio Saudável Google Maps, Apple Maps
Whenever there are public events at the main town square, we do the class at this alternative location.
EQUIPMENT: Yoga mats and slackline are provided 🙂

Paulo was incredibly patient and truly meticulous with form, which made all the difference, especially when trying something new like slacklining. His easygoing and amicable nature created a very welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Yoga and Slacklining with Paulo was a fantastic blend of classic yoga and the opportunity to be playful and challenge oneself. Having tried Slackline before I could notice that the opening yoga practice helped me find better balance and become more present. Moreover Paulo turned the session into a supportive group exercise which made it even more enjoyable. We challenged each other and helped to take the first steps above the ground. A fun and refreshing session. Practicing outdoors, with the sound of the ocean and the sun created a deeper connection with the environment than any studio class in Lagos. The sequence focused on balance, especially with the slackline work, was both physically and mentally engaging. I also loved the group exercises, which made the whole experience feel warm and connected. I left with an activated core, a clear mind, and a big smile. Highly recommended for anyone looking to challenge themselves while enjoying a sense of community.

If you’re looking for something a little different to do in Lagos, I can highly recommend a yoga and slacklining session with Paulo.
It’s completely unlike anything I’ve tried before — it really tests your balance and concentration.
We started off with a gentle yoga session, and since it’s outdoors, that’s a treat in itself.
We did a few balancing drills on the ground before attempting them on the slackline, which is low to the ground so you feel completely comfortable.
It was a really relaxed and fun experience, and the group I was with really cheered each other on — great camaraderie!
