Where is Inhalo Yoga located?

Inhalo Yoga is based in Lagos, Algarve, Portugal, offering classes in beautiful outdoor locations along the coast and in studio settings.

We offer Beach Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga & Handpan Sound Journey, Rocket Yoga, SUP Yoga, Coastal Hikes with Yoga, and Yoga & Slacklining.

Are classes suitable for beginners?

Yes – most classes are suitable for beginners, with options and variations so you can move at your own pace. Some dynamic styles, like Rocket Yoga, are more suitable for experienced practitioners.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Yoga mats are provided for all classes, as well as paddleboards for SUP Yoga and slacklines for Yoga & Slacklining sessions. For beach sessions, it’s recommended to bring water, sunscreen, and comfortable clothing.

How do I join a class?

Outdoor classes can be joined by checking the Seasonal Schedule and following the link to your preferred class, where you’ll find a “Buy Your Ticket” button. In-studio classes can be joined by simply showing up at the studio.
