Ocean Calm
A must-experience beach yoga and live handpan music session by the ocean in Lagos, Portugal.
We will start with refreshing yoga breathwork and setting an intention. From there, we’ll move through mindful, beginner-friendly yoga postures that bring a sense of openness and renewal.
Throughout the session, you’ll be supported with attentive guidance, moving at your own pace while enjoying a calm connection to the present moment. As we transition into deep yoga relaxation, you’ll be carried into a meditative state by the resonant tones of the live handpan, blending beautifully with the sounds of the nearby ocean for a truly immersive yoga and handpan sound experience.
Class times follow seasonal light, weather and energy. Please refer to the season that applies to your visit.
Season definitions:
• Spring – from the last Sunday of March until the end of May
• Summer – June to August
• Autumn – September until the end of daylight saving time (DST) in October
• Winter – no activities
