Let’s gather under the open sky at Praia da Batata, Lagos, Algarve, for a morning beach yoga session, and get inspired by the stunning oceanfront surroundings. Start your day with a rejuvenating Hatha Flow Yoga class, suitable for all levels.
You will be guided through a thoughtfully crafted Hatha Flow lesson with accessible options for different levels of flexibility and strength. Explore safe ways to stretch, de-stress, and re-zen while connecting mind, body, and breath. Equipped with the fundamental principles of yogic breathing, alignment, and mindfulness, you will foster a positive relationship with yourself on and off the mat. Come as you are – stiff, stressed, or just curious – and leave revitalised, grounded, and positively charged for the day.
