One of our signature experiences is Stretching Horizons – a hiking adventure paired with yoga, created out of love for both activities by local teacher Paulo.
Sessions take place along four distinct parts of the famous Fisherman’s Trail. Each route is carefully selected, offering a unique landscape and varying difficulty, suitable for beginners and experienced hikers alike. At Inhalo Yoga, what matters most is presence over pace. Walks are moderate and mindful, focusing on breath, movement, and the present moment. Along the way, we pause at cliff-tops to take in the Atlantic’s vastness, explore old ruins that whisper of maritime history, and occasionally spot dolphins or other wildlife along the coast.
Depending on the day and route, sessions last between 2 and 4 hours – a perfect balance of time, energy, and immersion. The experience concludes with a beginner-friendly yoga session on the beach, helping participants release tension, relax, and fully enjoy their surroundings.
